• Chapter & Industry Applications: College name, address, contact details and organizational information submitted through application forms.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used and interaction logs for improving our platform.
• Payment Information: We do not store payment card details, UPI credentials, or net banking information. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Razorpay Payment IDs and transaction references may be retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your GRAAS membership account
• Issue digital membership IDs and certificates
• Process chapter and industry partner applications
• Send transactional emails (verification, approval notifications, receipts)
• Improve our platform and services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Chapter Administrators: If you are affiliated with a college chapter, your name and GRAAS ID may be visible to that chapter's administrators.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of GRAAS and its members.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@graas.org.in. Certain records may be retained for legal or audit purposes even after deletion.
