Terms of Service

By accessing or using the GRAAS platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, chapter administrators and industry partners.

To access member features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

GRAAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Code of Conduct.

Membership fees are as published on the Membership page. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. GRAAS does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

Fees are generally non-refundable once membership is activated. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on eligible refund scenarios, including duplicate payments and failed transactions. GRAAS reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Membership activation typically occurs within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation by the GRAAS Secretariat.

Chapter establishment applications are subject to review and approval by GRAAS. Approval is not guaranteed and requires a minimum of 15 enrolled student members and a faculty advisor. Approved chapters must comply with GRAAS guidelines and renew their affiliation annually.

Chapter administrators are responsible for ensuring their members comply with these terms and the Code of Conduct.

Industry partner enrollments are subject to review. GRAAS reserves the right to decline or terminate partnerships that conflict with our mission or values. Partnership terms, deliverables and fees are agreed upon separately through the partnership agreement process.

All content on the GRAAS platform — including logos, text, graphics, certificates and digital IDs — is the property of GRAAS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By submitting content to GRAAS (such as profile information or chapter descriptions), you grant GRAAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with our services.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Misrepresent your credentials, affiliation, or membership status

GRAAS certificates and digital membership IDs are issued based on verified membership status. Misuse, forgery, or fraudulent representation of GRAAS credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

The GRAAS platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. GRAAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAAS's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to GRAAS in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, India.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered members of material changes via email.
